Adam and I went with Tia, Lys, and Gerrid to the Dunes last weekend and met a bunch of Adam's friends. We took the Rhino and had a blast out there on the beach of endless sand! The weather was great, except for one tiny detail...the wind! Have you ever been on a dry, 2 mile wide stretch of dusty sand? Well, let me tell you I have and you wouldn't like it much at all. After about an hour ,and a couple rides, us girls headed to San Luis to enjoy shopping, lunch and asphalt!! Thats right good 'ole black top!! NO SAND!! That was all last week end and I'm still finding sand on Adam! We had a great time over all but I know that I'll be checking the weather report on the beach next time we go.

so much fun! kendall and i havent been to the dunes in forever! when he first started taking me i'd wear my goggles around camp cause the wind and sand would kill my contacts! what a dork huh!?!mabey thats why he goes without me now?
I love these family outings! Darn....getting too old for Rhinos!! But we had our days. Our Jeffrey got back safely from Galveston....made good money but it was nasty for a guy like Mr. Clean!!!!! love to all....G'ma Lou
